Cancellation Policy

Your Booking Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, so we ask that you treat it as a firm appointment. Full payment is taken when you book. This confirms your appointment and secures your session time. You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment via the website or by contacting us. Cancellations, reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments are non-refundable, as we’re unlikely to be able to offer the time to someone else at short notice. We know unexpected things can happen. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll always try to help where we reasonably can. Getting to the Studio Corporate Headshots London Studios Floor 2, Pophub Leicester Square 41 Whitcomb St London WC2H 7DT Nearest tube: Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square, around a 3 minute walk. Nearest rail: Charing Cross, around a 6 minute walk. The entrance is up a set of green stairs with the round Pophub logo on the wall. Press the buzzer for reception and they’ll let you in.
